Open a new personal account* online using your phone. No lengthy paperwork. No waiting in lines. Just:

eAlerts

By choosing eAlerts, you’ll receive notifications on specific activity and transactions with your account the moment it happens.

To activate your customized alerts, log into online banking, select the notification menu, and choose the type of alerts you want to receive about your accounts including – balances, transactions, contact information, messages, and other helpful notifications. All alerts are sent by email and/or text message within minutes of account activity, and provide another practical way to stay connected and manage your money.

Note: If you elect to receive eAlerts and you update your phone number with a credit union MSR, you’ll also need to update your phone number under notifications.


eStatements

This allows members to opt out of having a paper statement mailed each month. You can sign up through your On Line-On Time® account or at any of our five convenient locations.

      • In order to receive eStatements, you must have On Line-On Time® account access
      • After signing up for eStatements, you will receive an email when your next eStatement is available
      • eStatements are not available, for any month, prior to enrollment

eDocuments

View eStatements, newsletters, and other important documents. Credit Union loan or membership documents needing a signature can be accessed via your eDocs, signed, and then submitted back to the Credit Union. Documents needing a signature cannot be viewed through our mobile banking app.

 

Mobile Deposit

Now you can deposit checks anytime, anywhere using your smart phone and DoverPhila’s mobile app.

By activating the mobile app using the same login and password as your On Line-On Time® Home Banking account, determine the account where you want the deposit it to go, and allow your smart phone camera to capture the front and back of the check to make the deposit.

Mobile deposit is available to qualified members with an account that:

        • Is in good standing and has an active checking account
        • Has been open for six (6) months or longer
        • Does not have two or more NSFs (check returns) in the last six months
        • All checks will have an immediate four (4) business day hold after depositing. In some instances, check holds may be adjusted or removed the same or next business day.
        • Checks deposited after 4:00pm will be processed on the next business day.

Specifics about mobile deposit members need to know:

      • Deposits have a daily maximum limit of $8,000
      • All checks will have an immediate four (4) business day hold after depositing. In some instances, check holds may be adjusted or removed the same or next business day.
      • Checks deposited after 4:00pm will be processed on the next business day.

All locations will be closed on Thursday, November 28, and will close at 2:00pm on Friday, November 29. Our North Dover, New Phila, and Newcomerstown branches are drive-thru only on this day. Normal business hours will resume on Saturday, November 30.
